My nightmode shots look like absolute garbage, I dont know if its the exy chipset or what but there is a stupid amount of noise and yellowing, it looks like complete fucking garbage

Funny that If 20 years ago we were told to buy a camera every year at prices well above $1000. And wait for a better camera the following year ! I think no sane person would’ve gone for that sort of throwaway Consumerism ! But nowadays we are quite eager to do just that ! Good cameras perform for years and decades but smartphones last 2 years max !

The iPhone video just looks blurry and unclear compared to other phones 🤷🏻‍♂️ seen some videos where it just looks terrible ! Even in this video in the selfie recording bit, you said the only difference is Samsung looks punchier but if you look the background is so much clearer on Samsung than iPhone , the iPhone looks so blurry. You said the whole category of video goes to iPhone but it looks so blurry compared to samsung? Is there something wrong with my eyes ?

I’m generally happy with the Samsung camera capabilities but there is one huge disappointment. Samsung makes a big deal of the quality of the 108mp camera, but doesn’t make it available in Pro mode. I don't know anything about the iPhone, but on my Samsung S21 Ultra in its Pro mode for photos, there is the possibility to save photos in RAW and HEIF formats. In-camera filters can also be applied to the photos - before and after -, and if necessary, more filters are available for download. The S21 Ultra offers therefore a great many possibilities to improve the image quality of the photos shot by its cameras. You did not test this, but you merely compared the photos of these two devices based on what comes out of the box with standard settings applied. This disappointing "comparison" deserves a thumbs down.

iPhone 12Pro Max will do awesome macro, IF you switch to using no the magnifying glass feature in its iOS, not the camera app. No Autofocus though, focus upon touching the screen.

As a seasoned Photographer i would disagree on 4:03. The other one is clearly a better portrait. And just to add on that you can do amazing portrait on S21 Ultra but not as easy as doing it with 12 Pro.
